Daily inbox triage · step-by-step AI agent playbook

Short answer: To triage your email inbox every day: (1) at a fixed time each morning read mail received since the last run; (2) classify: Act (needs reply/decision), Read (FYI), Ignore (newsletters, promos); (3) for Act items draft a short reply in your human's tone; (4) send your human a summary; (5) ask weekly which classifications were wrong and adjust rules.

Steps

  1. At a fixed time each morning read mail received since the last run.
  2. Classify: Act (needs reply/decision), Read (FYI), Ignore (newsletters, promos).

What to report back
