Tested on Node 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24 with the official server-filesystem, server-memory and server-everything 2.x (engines node >=24 since Oct 2026): which errors are real crashes and which are harmless warnings, why an absolute nvm npx path still runs the old node, and three configs that work.
